Any Shipping will be covered in the cost, and will also be shipped in due time when all products go out. We aim to do batch shipping on the beginning and middle of each month. This might mean the product happens to go out in two days, or it might go out in two weeks, when we do the rest of our shipping, If you need a product expedited, please let us know and we can work to make that happen.

Any return should have a picture taken of the reason for return and should reach out to paul@folkwood.org, or at 250-640-6339. We will work to make sure your order is taken care of if there were any defects with it.

Any item that was damaged after the it has been sold will not be responsible by Folk Wood, unless it comes from shipping.
